Helpful resources

As a caregiver, depending on the context in which you are offering support, it can be difficult to find the right services for you, such as respite, individual or group psychosocial support, training, financial or material support, to name just a few.

Who do I call for help?

The best approach is to talk to a specialized worker who will be able to direct you to the best resource or service available based on your needs.

Don’t hesitate to call Info-Social at 811 or consult the Caregiver Support Helpline service offered by the organization APPUI proches aidants.
