PRIMARY CARE ACCESS POINT (GAP)

CONSULTS FOR INDIVIDUALS WITHOUT A FAMILY DOCTOR

Phone 811, option 3

The primary care access point (GAP) is a service for people who do not have a family doctor.

You must be registered on the Québec Family Doctor Finder (GAMF) waiting list.

People on the GAMF waiting list can contact the primary care access point in their region to request a medical consultation. The request is then analyzed so that it can be directed to the appropriate professional or medical service.

To learn more about primary care services, visit Primary care health and sociale services.

At all times, you should go to the ER for an urgent problem.
