Interdisciplinary Front Line Pain Management Program
The programme interdisciplinaire de gestion de la douleur en 1ère ligne (Interdisciplinary Front Line Pain Management Program) aims to:
- Help the person better understand their pain.
- Offer tools to better manage their pain.
- Improve lifestyle and emotional wellbeing with the goal of regaining a better quality of life.
The team is made up of specialized professionals who provide personalized care and adapted instructions for pain management:
- Clinical nurse;
- Social worker;
- Kinesiologist;
- Occupational therapist;
- Physiotherapist.
There are no specialist doctors in this program. You must be referred by your doctor through a medical request (AH-741) to obtain services.

Second Line Pain Clinic (Hôpital de Saint-Jérôme)
The Clinique de la douleur de 2e ligne (Second Line Pain Clinic) offers consultations to people experiencing subacute and chronic pain.
Various physical health, rehabilitation and support services are available to patients and their loved ones. Our services are provided by various professionals:
- Clinical nurse;
- Psychologist;
- Occupational therapist;
- Physiotherapist.
You must be referred by your doctor through a medical request (AH-741) to obtain services.
