In telehealth as in the case of in-person consultations, the information exchanged is handled with total privacy and confidentiality.
TEAMS is the main MSSS-licensed and -authorized platform used in the health and social services network for telehealth activities, as its terms and conditions provide a higher level of information protection.
The MSSS cannot guarantee that personal information is adequately protected on other platforms, such as Facetime or Messenger.
