Designated pediatric clinic

The Laurentians has three designated pediatric clinics, in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, Saint-Jérôme and Saint-Eustache. 

Who can have an appointment

  • Children from 0 to 16 years old
  • Without a family doctor, a nurse practitioner or a pediatrician
  • Need to consult for minor physical ailment

An appointment is mandatory to receive the services.

Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:45 PM
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 8 AM to 3:45 PM.

If you child fits the above mentionned criteria, an appointment will be offered in one of the three clinics, depending on your location and appointments available. 


The designated clinics are intended for patients with minor health problems. The following situations are excluded:

  • Infants under 3 months old with a fever (38 °C or more).
  • Consult for neurodevelopmental trouble (i.e. : autism spectrum, pervasive development disorder, ADHD-ADD, etc.) 
  • Consult with a pediatrician for a healthy child.
  • Getting a second medical opinion. 
  • Trying to register with a family doctor or pediatrician for long term care.

In all these cases, please refer to Info-santé (811), a medical clinic or the emergency room.
