Designated clinic for patients without a family doctor

The Laurentians has two designated clinics for patients without a family doctor, they are situated in Saint-Jérôme and Boisbriand.  A third designated pediatric clinic is situated in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts. These clinics are dedicated to patients from the Laurentians, serve by the CISSS des Laurentides.

These clinics' aim is to cater to our population's one-time health issues, those that do not necessitate long-term follow-ups. They do not replace the Guichet d’accès pour la clientèle orpheline (territory waiting list for a family doctor), but are a complementary offer for those without a family doctor in the Laurentians.

For children and adults without a family doctor or pediatrician, register at Québec Family Doctor Finder (GAMF).
